Terms of Service
The rules for using FeedZip.
Section 1 — Using FeedZip
FeedZip helps users analyze, rewrite, and structure product data for platform review, advertising, marketplace listings, and catalog cleanup. By using FeedZip, you agree to use the service responsibly and only with data you are authorized to submit.
Section 2 — No Guarantee of Approval
FeedZip is designed to reduce compliance risk and improve product data quality. FeedZip does not guarantee that any platform, marketplace, ad network, payment processor, or review system will approve a product, listing, advertisement, account, or appeal. Final decisions remain with the platforms and third parties that enforce their own policies.
Section 3 — User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product data you provide, the legality of your products and claims, reviewing outputs before publishing or submitting them, and complying with platform, regulatory, and advertising rules. FeedZip provides structured assistance, not legal, medical, regulatory, or financial advice.
Section 4 — Product Data
You retain ownership of the product data you submit. By using FeedZip, you allow us to process your data only as needed to provide the service, generate outputs, improve reliability, and support your account.
Section 5 — Acceptable Use
You may not use FeedZip to submit illegal, stolen, or unauthorized data; misrepresent products, ingredients, certifications, or claims; bypass platform rules in bad faith; generate deceptive, unsafe, or misleading product content; or abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
Section 6 — AI Outputs
FeedZip may use AI to analyze and rewrite product data. AI outputs should be reviewed before use. While FeedZip is designed to reduce risk, generated content may require human review, especially for regulated products or high-risk claims.
Section 7 — Paid Services
Paid plans, SKU packs, enterprise services, or custom processing may be offered. Fees, limits, and deliverables will be shown before purchase or stated in a written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, paid SKU runs are based on the volume processed and the selected service level.
Section 8 — Refunds
Because FeedZip processes product data and generates digital outputs, completed runs may not be refundable. If there is a technical issue, duplicate charge, or processing failure, contact support and we will review the request in good faith.
Section 9 — Service Availability
FeedZip may change, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Section 10 — Limitation of Liability
FeedZip is not responsible for platform enforcement decisions, rejected ads, suspended accounts, lost revenue, product takedowns, or third-party review outcomes. The service is provided to support better product data decisions, not to replace professional legal, regulatory, or platform-specific review.
