Section 1 — What We Collect

We only collect what is needed to process product data and run the service. This may include product titles, descriptions, and claims; catalog files (CSV, XLSX, feeds); platform selections and category inputs; basic account information (name, email, company); and usage data required for product functionality (runs, limits, and results). We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

Section 2 — How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to analyze product copy for compliance risk, rewrite product content into platform-safe versions, generate outputs such as reports, exports, and appeal drafts, and improve product performance and reliability. Your data is not used for unrelated purposes.

Section 3 — AI & Processing

FeedZip uses AI models to analyze and rewrite product data. Your product data is processed only to generate your requested output. We do not use your data to train public or shared models. We do not resell or distribute your data. Where third-party AI services are used, data is handled under strict processing agreements.

Section 4 — Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. FeedZip does not claim ownership over product content, catalog data, or outputs generated from your data. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Section 5 — Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service. Typical retention includes active sessions and recent runs, account-linked history for returning users, and temporary storage for processing large files. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required.

Section 6 — Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure HTTPS connections, encrypted storage where applicable, access controls for internal systems, and limited retention of uploaded files. No system is completely risk-free, but we design for minimal exposure.

Section 7 — Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data when required to operate the product, such as with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) and AI processing services under strict agreements. We do not share your data for advertising or unrelated analytics.

Section 8 — Your Controls

You can request deletion of your data, limit what you upload, and use the product without uploading full catalogs. For enterprise users, additional controls can be configured.

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. We will reflect material changes clearly on this page.
